White Chocolate Confetti Cookies
I love a good chocolate chip cookie, but I’ve always been more drawn to white chocolate cookies. There’s just something about the creamy sweetness that feels a little more comforting to me, and after quite a bit of testing in my kitchen, I finally landed on a version that really feels just right. I wanted something fun and a little nostalgic, but still simple and homemade.
These white chocolate confetti cookies are what I kept coming back to. They bake up with crisp, golden edges and soft, buttery centers that stay tender for days. I love the way the white chocolate melts into little pockets throughout the dough and how the confetti sprinkles add color and a light crunch. They feel playful but still classic, and they’re exactly the kind of cookie I find myself making when I want something simple that still feels special.
If you end up making them, I would absolutely love to hear what you think, please let me know how much you love them in the comments or tag me on socials!
