5 Ingredient Peach Cobbler
This baked peach dessert is pure comfort in a dish, warm, buttery, and filled with the natural sweetness of ripe peaches. It’s the kind of recipe that feels nostalgic and homemade in the best way, bringing together simple ingredients that transform into something rich, golden, and completely irresistible in the oven. The peaches soften just enough to become jammy and tender, while the buttery, lightly sweetened batter bakes up into a beautifully caramelized top that makes every bite feel cozy and indulgent.
What makes this recipe especially special is how effortlessly it comes together while still feeling like something you’d be served at a charming countryside café or shared at a summer gathering with friends. It’s simple, rustic, and meant to be enjoyed warm, ideally with a generous scoop of ice cream melting right over the top. Whether you’re using peak-season peaches or just craving a comforting dessert, this is one of those recipes that always hits the spot and keeps everyone coming back for seconds.
