I’ve always been a sucker for any croissant trend that pops up on social media. One of
my favorite spots, L’Eclair De Genie in Paris, France, offers an irresistible variety of
unique croissants filled with silky pastry cream, glazed to perfection, and topped with
delicate chocolate curls. Each one feels like a little work of art. Every time I visit Paris, I
make it a point to stop by and try a new flavor. It’s become a tradition I look forward to
