Sea Salt Tahini Cookies
These delish tahini sea salt cookies are always a true crowd favorite, simple, comforting, and just a little unexpected in the best way. They come out of the oven with perfectly golden edges, soft centers, and that rich, nutty depth from the tahini that makes them feel a little more special than your everyday cookie. The balance of sweet brown sugar, buttery dough, and flaky sea salt on top creates that addictive sweet-and-savory bite you’ll find yourself reaching for again and again.
What makes them even better is how effortlessly they come together. With just a handful of pantry staples, you get a bakery-style cookie that feels both familiar and elevated at the same time. They’re perfect for sharing at gatherings, gifting to friends, or honestly just keeping on the counter for those little moments when you need something cozy and indulgent.
