Description

Have you ever ordered crème brûlée at a fancy restaurant and thought I could never recreate this at home? Well, now you can with this super easy 3 ingredient crème brûlée recipe. This is the easiest way to enjoy those rich and creamy desserts right in the comfort of your own home. Made with melted ice cream, egg yolks, and sugar, it has the same silky custard texture and crisp caramelized topping as the classic version without all the extra ingredients. Simple, delicious, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tbs granulated sugar (plus extra for the brûlée topping)
Instructions
    Brownie directions:
  1. 1

Place ice cream in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, or until ice cream is fully melted.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, combine melted ice cream, sugar, and egg yolks. Whisk until evenly mixed together.

  3. 3

Divide the mixture evenly between two ramekins.

You should have 4oz of liquid in each ramekin
  4. 4

Place the ramekins in a large dish. Pour boiling water into the dish until it reaches half way up the ramekins. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the centers have a very slight jiggle.

  5. 5

Once out of the oven, remove the ramekins from the water, cool to room temperature, and place in the fridge for 6-8 hours.

  6. 6

Gently sprinkle the tops with a thin layer of granulated sugar. Brulee the tops using a blow torch until sugar is melted. Serve immediately.
